I don't think you even need to refrigderate this if your house does not go about 75 degree F.

I cook a lot with Marsala and have never had it spoil on me.

I use one bottle about every six months.

For me it's like port a fortified wine. I don't refridgerate my port and it still tastes fantastic after 6 months or more being open.
