I have read that the small amount of sulfites will affect only a very small number of people. I have also read that it is virtually impossible to produce good sulfite free / organic wine.
Unless you are a hardcore healthfood type, I wouldn't give it a second thought.

I'm certainly not a healthy person, I'm just curious as to what their effect is...
( I drink a lot of wine... )
