Any other port lovers here?I've been trying some of the more affordable ports lately and stumbled on an Aussie "tawny" called "Old Codger" (it's actually a solera that resembles a Portuguese tawny). Not bad for $16/bottle! It likes to rest for about 2 to 3 weeks after opening before reaching its full potential.
I recently finished a bottle of Porto Kopke 30 yr. Heaven in a glass.
How about it, port lovers? Let's hear your experiences.

Try seppelts ports from South Australia.
They are renowned for producing a 100 year old port.

My fav is Quinta do Vesuvio. I try to buy at least 2 bottles every year of the most recent vintage.
I have a few bottles of 1994 vintage port laying down. I plan to open one this year.
I also enjoy LVB ports.
...in port is Fonseca Bin 27.The other is Ferriera.
I also like Rosenblum's zinfandel port from California, sold in splits.
Not a fan of tawny ports.
My problem is I usually forget to bring it out, we're so busy drinking other wine.
