So I'm having souflee with a friend at a fairly nice place (Mr. Stox, Anaheim Ca - we're poor but we try to treat ourselves every now and again) and we take a look at the wine list. Lo and behold there's at least seven wines that go for over $1000 a bottle. I was thinking "damn that must be orgasmically good fucking wine", and it hits me: this isn't so far removed from me spending almost all of my disposable income on audio equipment and music.

So my question is this... how many of you guys have tried the mega buck wines and is it really as good as I hope it is?
