Hi!
What is your favourite wine and what would your ideal circumstances for drinking it be?
Asolutely love the, St Julian claret's pungent, "perfumed", aroma'd, flavour.
Adore Alsace Gewurztraminer' citrus almondy off dry flavour. (from the people with the yellow label with gold surround).
Alsace Muscat secco, delicious, like the liquid of "fruit" bubble gum when I was a kid and dry!
Would you appreciate your favourite wine be, for food, for quaffing, formal tasting or other?
I would go for a dinner, with close freinds who enjoy wine appreciation and a mature, Grand cru, red Burgundy - Grand Echezeaux, any vintage.
