Probably all you need to do is hit F1 (or F2 - I'm not sure of the difference), go into the system's BIOS setup and then do a 'Save Settings' or 'Save Configuration' or something similar. No need to actually do anything in the BIOS setup - the BIOS just needs to have the new memory settings saved in its nonvolatile memory.I don't think many newer BIOS's require this but it was common in the old days.
Test by restarting the system and seeing if the message goes away.
