If you can't find the specific wines listed in WS I would suggest these vineyards and styles. They are usually readily available.
Piesporter Goldtropfchen
Wehlener Sonnenuhr
Schloss Vollrads
Either Qba (slightly sweet), Kabinetts (slightly sweet and more refined),or Spatlese (sweet) in styles. There are sweeter styles, but the prices escalate quickly. But don't be afraid to try them if you can, they are sweet but not cloyingly so. Incredible flavors in every sip.
You will notice there are green bottles and brown bottles. The green are from the Mosel area and tend to be more delicate. The brown are from the Rhein area and have a bit more body. Try them both and see which you like.
