You might take a look at the following url to get an idea of shipping regulations in general and what states are restricted ....http://www.freethegrapes.org/. I believe you have many choices I would do some checking with independent local shippers, wine stores that do internet sales, & Michigan wineries. I would also try the angle of contacting a shipper in the area you are shipping to and see if they have a good relationship with a Michigan shipping company. Most independent shippers use preferred forwarders(shippers) in the states they are shipping to for movement of their customers goods. I have done the UPS/FedEx route and I called the wine "plant extracts"....I wasn't untruthful........Make sure you have insurance.
