  I have made the aforementioned brackets at home out of 2 inch aluminum angle stock and the runners or bunks out of treated 1"x4" or 1"x6" treated lumber covered with black out door carpet. They look good and the cost was minimal

  Have you tried www.northerntool.com? Their catalog has tons of trailer parts, and I would be surprised if you couldn't find an equivelent. Also, try Harbor Freight.
