I have a 99 115 Ficht and it has been a disappointment to say the least. I bought it in march and it hasn't run right yet. The worst part is no one can stop the knocking and I am paying the bill. The motor has 56 hours and has already had the oil pump replaced. When you plane off the motor knocks so bad you think it is coming off the back of the boat. If anyone has an answer I would love to hear it. I don't know of a machanic in the Southeast that will honestly say they can fix these motors.

Try posting your question on the following site with as much detail as you can - these are the guys that designed the system technology in your engine and know it better than anyone else - they may be willing to help!
