Could anyone help me find a lower unit housing for my 7.5 h.p. Gamefisher
I tried sears.com they do not have lower units. If anyone has one that would work I would be willing to pay a fair price for it.
I have looked everywhere locally, and online, no luck yet.
If someone has a spare or information on where I could find one it would be greatly appreciated.

i have a older 7.5 game fisher that will not stay running. the carberator bowl runs out of fuel and will not refill itself unless you pump the primer ball again. i have checked for air leak, but i do not find any. if there is anyone that can help me with this i would be very grateful.

I just purchased a Gamefisher 7.5. it is air cooled and has an integral tank. The throttle control is on the motor not the handle. I liked it because of the simplicity and light weight. I have not started it yet but the compression is good.My motor included a small tag signifying it was built by Tecumseh. I am told the motor parts are available from Tecumseh directly but I have not tried. I am going to check Sears for manuals and parts.
I believe Eska also manufacture Gamefishers for Sears.

hp printer ink
I found the best place for hp printer ink ! They have the lowest prices and largest selection on all ink cartridges, including ink for apple, brother, cannon, compaq, epson, hp, lexmark, and xerox printers. Get hp printer ink for less than anywhere else - high quality and great service too! We recommend them highly.

I have a 7.5 Gamefisher. It came free with a small sailboat I bought. I have been using it for a couple years with no problems.
I went to sears.com and was able to locate almost all the parts for it (I ordered an owners manual for it yesterday). In the parts list, there is a waterpump kit listed but I don't know if it's standard or something you can add.
Hope this helps.

I had one of those, it comes with tank on top and a line for using a external gas tank, it has a valve that shuts off the top tank to use the external tank. It is air cooled, one piston. My advice to you is not to buy it, this motor was brand new and all it gave me was problems. Not only that, all Gamefisher motors and parts are no longer made and Sears does not have any parts for it. A small rubber tube broke inside the carb. and I couldn't get it any place. I winded up giving it away to a friend of mine that repairs boat motors so that he could use it for parts.
It is a lemon, save your self a bunch of problems and a 300 mile trip.
Sorry Ed but Gamefisher motor parts are in good supply. just gotta know who made these motors and where to find em ! Got a 15 and had a 5 and both are trouble free. Guess theres lemons in everything.

Motor probably made by force/chrysler, might have internal tank.if not it will will be a one hose quick connect. oil gas ratio is 50:1 mix. the 5 hp has an internal tank. good motors for cheap. you can see one in a pic. @ www.smalloutboards .com 5 hp is air cooled. not sure about 7.5. hope3 this helps., T.G.

I bought a used 7.5 hp, 1984 model. This one is an air cooled external gas tank motor. Parts are available through various sources. More common, like point set & condensor are available through NAPA. Less common can be found via "obsolete outboard parts" search on the internet. I have gotten shift handle and other things from Certified Parts Corporation in Janesville, WI. (608) 752-9441. I would say that these little motors are noisy. My Honda is a night and day difference when it comes to running quietly. My bigger problem is finding specifications. Does anyone know what the point gap setting is?
