Have you considered a John Boat? Many models are availabel and some are under 100lbs. They are also cost effective and you could probably get a new one cheap.

Follow Ups:
Jon Boats aren't stable enough for fishing in the back bays...I know the inflatable is very stable and I think the Sears fiberglass boat may be just a tad too heavy.
Spent time on a large sailboat with an inflatable. Soon found that many people also called them "deflatables" as they could/will lose air at the most unexpected time. But something with flotation in it or put it to be able to stay afloat.

Yeah, a good jon boat is the coleman crawdad. I have one and they are great little fishing boats. They are made of ram-x high impact plastic, 11'.5" long. They take up to a 5 hp motor. I haul mine in the back of my pickup. Fits perfect!
