Vincent,
I think you would like coleman's crawdad boat. They are 11 1/2" long, flat bottom, 2 seats, and made of ram-x plastic. Holds up to a 5hp motor. I have one and I have taken my two nephews out fishing in it. Great little fishing boat!

A few FRP small boat builders in our area are The Dinghy Co (www.dinghyco.com), they manufacture a series of rowing and sailing craft from 8 to 17 feet. Some can take small outboards. The Sunbacker Fiberglass Inc. (www.sunbacker.com) has a nice series of rowing and sailing dinghies the 8 to 9.5 foot category that also can take a small outboard. We at SBF actually own a "Dolphin" row boat based on Sunbacker's 9.5' "Orca" model. This vessel rows superbly and can carry 550 lbs of persons, 2 hp. outboard and gear. Also, Gig Harbor Boat Works (www.ghboats.com) has a nifty 12 foot "Point Defiance" row, sail & small outboard skiff.
All these small boats have a fine shape with a sweet sheer, after all "life's too short to own an ugly boat"...!
