7.5 Gamefisher fuel delivery problem

I have a 7.5 game fisher that nedds the primer ball pumped to keep full power. any suggestions?

I had kind of the same problem, and this is what a guy told me to do. take the carb off and check the rubber valve that fits in a hole on the flange of the carb. It may be missing or have a hole, mine was cracked, this it what controls the fuel pump. If you have a pdf reader then pull up this file,
