Classic film cameras will be garage sale prices for a few years, then the "Lost Art" of film will be re-discovered (albeit, never forgotten) by some hobbyists / purists. Then the classic gear will fetch a mean price.
You heard it here first.
I'm keeping my eyes out for some fine old glass hooked up to some of these film cameras. Cheap.
Follow Ups:
Those that are still shooting film, -120 roll film or 35mm. are also listening to tubed audio and old LP's while those shooting digital are listening to solid state audio and CD's -not just ordenary CD's but SACD' and DVDA's or any latest and new technology that comes on the market?

I put off buying a digital camera for ages as i couldn't seperate the vileness of digital music and digital anything else so i thought digital camera images would be nasty and bright and soulless. I was surprised. Anything modern and nasty is promoted as digital as if it's something to aspire to.I was wrong with digital phtography.
I'm still not buying a cd or dvd player though.
and digital cameras all over the place.
But I also have a 120 roll film camera and a 35mm. camera. I bet my digital camera will be the first to be traded off for the next new toy though. At the same time I'm accumulated more LP's while I haven't bought a CD in over a year.
