Tried two now and don't get the fascination.Typically all malbec.
WS keeps reviewing them and trying to build interest. I assume they have been making wine for hundreds of years and were never taken too seriously.

Not much about it to impress...solid everyday table wine in the traditional style...nothing like the Argentines. If you're a fan of natural fermention and neutral oak, some great bargains are available from small specialty importers like Kermit Lynch or Eric Solomon.

I think the only real point is that it is a nice area of France and is a cheap wine whilst there. New world eg Oz, Chilean, SA are better (and usually cheaper) unless you are there.
