Wineries in NY that make Ice Wine?

Hello,
I am curious if anyone knows what wineries in NY produce Ice Wine, regardless of red or white, we like both. I'm looking for a bottle to give as a gift for Christmas and I do not want to walk into a winery without any knowledge of the subject. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Or even in Southern Canada by Lake Ontario would be fine.

There are several in the Finger Lakes region. Wagner has historically produced some great ice wines, and I've had some great late harvest wines from Swedish Hill as well. There are many more that produce similar wines, but these are a couple that I'm familiar with.
A Google search on "Finger Lakes Wineries" should help a great deal.

There are many wineries on the Niagara Peninsula that have icewines. Visit http://www.winesofontario.org/ for a great map and information on many of them. We were just visiting Toronto and spend a day in that area. We brought home an ice wine from Lailey and one from Thirty Bench (they have 3 to select from).
