Dominus M..It is a French wine that is like $8.50 a bottle. Very good. It is sold in the Philadephia region by a company called Moore Brothers. They have stores in Delaware and New Jersey.

For Zins, almost any by Seghesio.Other reds I've been enjoying lately include:
McManis Cabernet (California; let breathe for at least 2hrs...very complex)
Paringa Shiraz (Australia)

This is pretty tasty right now and will probably get even better over the next three years.
Beringer 2001 White Merlot. The grocery store chains in Northern California here have been having it on sale for about $3 a bottle. It is a wine I liked A LOT (I bought two cases). They also have several others at the same price: Zin, White Zin and Chardonnay. The two Zins are garbage don't bother with them. I didn't try the Chardonnay since I don't like Chardonnys.

Rancho Zabaco is probably done with the nationwide promotion of their Dancing Bull Zin, but that promotion did get me turned on to their regular Zin bottling - Sonoma County Heritage. I have talked with those who liked the Dancing Bull and it has garnered good reviews, but I think the Heritage series is twice the wine for a couple of dollars more. (around $11-13 I think)

This wine is hard to find retail and best obtained directly from the vinter , but this is one of the better zins I had last year, and a good buy at $18. Excellently balanced, and will probably do very well over the next few years. Also, their '99 Cab is outstanding, although for the price ($40) it's not quite as good a value. Still, its definitely worth giving a try, and will really show off what the Santa Cruz Mountains has to offer.

I notice you linked to another winery below. Bonny Doon wines are widely distributed and generally available "off the shelf".I much prefer my wines to be readily available as opposed to ordering from wineries. There are far too many choices for me to think of mailing for wines, but if I did, I wouldn't buy from a CA. winery that called their dessert wine Porto.
I concede that Port has become a generic term for a style of wine,, but will not yield on [Op]porto.

I think you're referring to my other post concerning the Ca'del Solo Barbera. The link I posted there was the first that showed up at the top of my Google search that contained prices. I was using it for comparison purposes only and not as an endorsement of the vendor.
