Hi everyone, I'm cooking dinner for my girlfriend on Valentines Day and I need a good, but inexpensive suggestion for a bottle wine. I'm making Chicken Marsala, should I serve the wine used in cooking or something else? Any advice would be much appreciated since I am pretty clueless

Not the wine you're cooking with - that would be the Marsala, right?Best advice for those "without a clue" is to serve what you or your guest like.
Next best - for anything but beef serve Pinot Gris from Alsace; for beef, serve an ordinary Beaujolais Village.
