  Any restaurants that don't have wine would allow you to bring your own wine. Try Chinese restaurants. In Texas, good restaurants are not good for wine drinking; it is cost unfriendly. Not many people can afford $50+ for wine in a casual dining (not for me); $25 a bottle will not buy a good wine in the restaurant.
