Greetings. I have read most of Richard Gold's book 2-3 times, but am still concerned about a few issues re: the proper way to insulate and install vapor barrier for new cellar.

1) Vapor barrier next to concrete, then insulation, then sheetrock, etc. for an exterior concrete wall? If so, cut strips to fit between 2x4 framing onto concrete wall? (And between ceiling joists?)

2) V.B. on interior walls should be outside the cellar, not inside and under sheetrock?

3) What type/method of insulation/V.B. for an interior concrete wall (due to addition onto existing house - adjacent to laundry)?

Any resources other than Gold's book?
