Getting into some verrrry nice Rosemount atm - with a wee smidgin of a fine calvados to end the night!Anyway I thought that the 15 year old malts were your favourite poison. (Altho' a bottle of Dimple is a fair consolation if you cannot get a Laphroig).
Slante.
Mundi vicit.
But the Rosemount Syrah/Cab blend, and the straight Cab, are both pretty nice and remarkably cheap, aren't they? And some peat-smoked, distilled, aged real ale isn't so bad either, I must admit.

I've been very happily surprised with the quality of the Aussi wines. I always liked the Rosemount Syrah and recently tried several others, including whites from a couple of lables. Kooky names something like "Kookamunga", but the wines are pretty decent. Also trying more Chilean wines with good results.
Enjoy,
Bob
