This is the best one that I have had in AGES! It's NOT inexpensive, but boy is it good! It can be had for closer to $20.00 in various retailers. I'm anxious to try their Red Blend as well as their Cab.....

but the brandy barrels give me pause. Do they add a pronounced flavor?

It's really hard to find a good Pinot under $30.

IMO it gave it character...., posted on May 8, 2021 at 10:03:11

"It's NOT inexpensive, but boy is it good!"

Hmmm.

If a wine is NOT inexpensive, it darn well better be good.

Maybe it's just me, but that's my opinion.

Which reminds me, I saw Leoville Barton (French cabernet) the other day for $120 in a liquor store. Trust me, it's very good, but it ain't $120 good - at that price, ya gotta be wealthy or have a company credit card.

There. Now, nobody can say there hasn't been a post here in three months.
