I'm curious if you found large differences between the wines. I would imagine the growing temps in Paso would make for a much larger wine than the ones grown in Santa Barbara.
As I've probably said way too many times, Syrah tends to show its place more so than any other grape that I make.

...not that large differences in style.

The top 3 wines weren't that different.

The other 3 were...different.

The best syrahs I've had have been Amador, then Paso Robles (where there are more GSM blends than syrahs, I'd say).

That wasn't the case here at all.
