It happened again.
Last year I found a Siduri pinot at Costco for quite a bit less than the winery charged me from their mailing list. On top of that, I paid S&H.
A few weeks ago Sbragia winery called me and offered a limited bottling of their meritage. I ordered two bottles. The winery rep pointed out that with the purchase of a couple of more bottles there would be a discounting in the S&H. So at her strong recommendation I added two bottles of their merlot. Last week the merlot was at Costco for $10 a bottle less than I paid for it. Plus no S&H fees.
I feel that if a winery is going to deep discount its' wines to a national chain like Costco it should offer the discount to their loyal winery customers first.
I emailed them my thought and had my name removed from their contact list.

...that wineries have to sell at list price unless they have a special or you are in a wine club - seems like 20% is the largest I've seen.
Usually the value of the clubs is to get wines not offered to the general public, or like Turley, fairly unobtainable anywhere else.
Costco buys in quantities and adds a very low mark-up. Fortunately their wine buyer seems to have pretty good taste.
There are other wine retailers who discount more than 20% off list.
