New technique for making wine...
Follow Ups:
When I want my wines to turn out complex and profound, I play Bach's Art of the Fugue during fermentation. For dramatic, big, mouthfilling wines (e.g., late harvest Zin), I play the 1812 Overture. For wines that are meant to age for many years and maintain their appeal, I play Beethoven's 9th. Works every time! :)

so why not the reverse?
What would happen if you played a piece of music to fermenting grapes, then drank the wine made from those grapes while listening to the same music? Positive feedback loop? Inquiring minds want to know!
I'll conduct some personal experiments and let you know.... May take a while....
