Seems there will be different products for different countries:
“For markets where coca-based products are not permitted we will be using what is referred to as denatured coca leaves”, says Barcenas. This process is exactly the same as that of the Coca Cola Company, which uses denatured coca leaves as the capstone ingredient in its Coca-Cola® drink. At present and ironically the Coca Cola Company is the one and only company allowed by the United States to import coca leaves. This, of course, has created much controversy."
So depending on where you are living you may get "denatured" coca.

Follow Ups:
I must have stumbled on the "new" Vin Mariani as soon as they put up the website. They were offering free sample bottles, so I signed up for that and they denied my order saying they didn't know what they were planning for the states yet.
I may check into the denatured stuff... I can always add some coca from the tea I have. Also great stuff, especially while listening.
