From the middle of the Loire, behaves like a top red, needs at least 20 years to mature.
Drank one at 15 years, (had kept it for 9 years, myself), pleased for the experience, but disappointed that still quite green!Appearance - straw yellow, hint of green, bright and shining.
Nose - Full, floral, aromatic, very citrus fruity.
Taste - Rich, intense, Lemony, sherbet fruit, clean fresh and very powerful, very long lived, floral citrus flavours opened out afterleaving in the glass.Why did I only have one bottle?
