The i960 was on my final short list for most versatile, feature laden printer for printing photo images at this price range. The Epson R300 was included as well, which had the cd imprinting feature. Ultimately, I went with the Canon Pixma iP4000. As a graphics/photo proofer, the second Black (pigment-based) was more appropriate for my needs, as opposed to a full set of photo dyes.

Amazingly, I think your printer has over a thousand more nozzles. The only minor complaint I have is that in very dense, black areas of an image, there are visible (viewing at an angle) wet print head streaks. Overall, very acceptable though.
