Should is a bit strong, but I think you will probably like it. It has some enhanced security features, most of which are beneath the surface, as it were, but nonetheless are welcome. It also has new printing features, tabbed browsing (multiple webpages open in one instance of IE, instead of opening multiple IE windows), and improvements to the zoom, so that it scales the whole page and not only fonts.
All told, it is a good improvement, and more secure than IE6. If you are up for something new, I might recommend Opera (http://www.opera.com) which is an excellent, free web browser that is very secure, with a lot of great features.
