...but the volume levels on a couple of tracks are too low. Does anyone know of software that allows you to adjust the volume level of each individual track somewhere in the rip-burn process? I tried EZ CD Creator 5 which includes a "normalization" function but the instructions were limited and the levels didn't sound normalized to me.

I recommend CDex search on google its a free download. Save all the tracks you want to hard drive and normalise the levels.
