I have to agree he instills such a sense of wonder-"Marcovaldo, Seasons in the City" is a long time favorite.His translations by William Weaver seem much more readable to me. It is a pity he died at a fairly young age.

yes. I got Invisible Cities from my 17 yo daughter--great tales.
