Like you, I've given up on the Chilean products for the time being. The Australian product seems to continue to fascinate. I saw a video of a tour of several Aussie wineries, and, at least for the camera, they seemed to really care about their product.
Agree with you about the Columbia Crest, but a Hogue I tried was sub-par.
