You can take your time with this one.

Yes you could drink it now, but you would be repaid by the 5 year wait - as long as you keep it properly stored. that is crucial.

As you may or may not know, vintage porto is a very long lived wines which may not be 'drinkable' at 10 years of age.

Grahams Malvados is a single vineyard wine general made in non-declared years.

I had an '87 (I think '87) last year and it had plenty of fruit to go another 5-10 years.
