Hi,
I have done some asking around and it appears that Flambert is rather obscure older producer. I think the value would be fairly academic. Unless the bottle was stored perfectly, it probably won't have any petillance left. Even if the bottle was stored perfectly, it is a gamble. Being that it is a Reims Champagne House, it is likely 100% Pinot Noir. 1927 was before it became fashionable to source grapes from the entire region and champagnes still had a modicum of village character. (There are a couple of them out there still) I will continue to research the producer and post any further findings.

Regards,
Sean
