Ice wine is just a method of making wine by getting the grapes from the land when they're frozen and by pressing them you'll get less water because most of it is frozen, ergo more taste. Just chill it in the fridge and compare it afterwards with another white wine, you'll notice there's more aroma and the bouquet is somewhat fruitier.Rob
