You'll probably have to go through a merchant. I would suggest contacting the larger and/or established ones in your area and compare prices. Reputation is important because there are always stories of scams. You're putting your money up front and waiting for a future delivery. As with anything, if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
I buy alot of stuff off the internet but would probably be wary of buying futures there.
