I limit my own personal consumption to a glass a night from Sun. - Thurs., but 2 glasses or half a bottle doesn't seem excessive. And there ARE health benefits. Then on Fri. and Sat. I might drink a whole bottle spaced out over the evening. Does that make me 'almost an alcoholic'?

Two problems with drinking a whole bottle every night - first I don't need all of those extra calories, and second, I don't sleep as well and have to get up for work in the morning.
