There are several in the Finger Lakes region. Wagner has historically produced some great ice wines, and I've had some great late harvest wines from Swedish Hill as well. There are many more that produce similar wines, but these are a couple that I'm familiar with.
A Google search on "Finger Lakes Wineries" should help a great deal.
