I think it is ready to drink - but I also see no problem with holding it for some years yet.
95's are generally speaking relatively big and tannic
Second wine of Lafite or not, this is still a cru bourgeois with seven and a half years of bottle age. Cru bourgeois or not, this is still the highly thought of second of LR.
The big question is, how do you like your Bordeaux? Young or old?
