My recommendations would be a little more pricey than what you've chosen, so you may want to try them first to see if you like them better enough to justify the difference. I buy these at Costco, but they're available everywhere:
La Crema 2001 Sonoma Chardonnay - $12
Ravenswood or Rosenblum Vintners Blend Zinfandel - $9
The Rosenblum is better but more difficult to find.
Champagne for Kirs or mimosas - Chandon - $12
