Putting Engine on inflatable boat

I have a Sevylor inflatable boat that holds up to 700 lbs. It has a place to put a motor mount and the motor rating is 2 hp or less. About how fast would a 2 hp motor go with me in the boat, I weigh 180 lbs. Also, could I put a 4 hp motor on the boat, even though it is only rated for a 2 hp motor? Is the rating just for safety or is it because a motor over 2 hp wouldn't fit? There would never be moret than me and 1 other person in the boat, so I would not be over the weight limit. I would be using this boat on a 1/2 acre pond. Tell me what you think.
