I can't seem to find a good source for parts for my '76 Johnson 55 hp

I have tried all the local marinas, but they don't have the parts, or they want an arm and a leg and then some for 'em. There has to be an alternative. I have a fun little 14' glass tri-hull that I didn't spend too much for and don't want to spend to much on. Any suggestions? Especially needed: carburator. Thanks.
