Evinrude 115 ficht outboard motor

Be Aware: I bought a 115 Evinrude Ficht motor at the 2001 sportsman show. I was told in was a 2000 model. i used i for less than 1 month and i broke, when i brought it in to be fixed i discovered that i was a 1999 and that the OMC was now owned by Bambardier. They also informed me that the new owners would not warrenty it. I had it fixed and a few trips later broke again. It has been in the shop since and is in 1000 pieces.
IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THIS MOTOR??? PLEASE MESSAGE ANY COMMENTS
