I would like to know if lube is needed in the upper houseing? theres an access hole in the houseing that the motor and throttle grip attach to that has a screw plug that looks like its there for lube,however there is no vent type plug anywhere.If it does get lube how would it go in with no vent? I dont have a manual for this.Any help would be great.THANKS
