i have this engine which was totally rebuilt except the ignition.the coils were bulging and had no spark.i got another older evinrude with new looking coils and transfer them and i still have no spark-----question--how do these engines shut off--maybe it wasn't put back right and is constantly grounded out.i will buy new coils as i can get them online for $14 apiece but wanted to check for grounding first. thanks in advance--steve
