when i placed my boat in the water this year, the trim works fine (goes the whole way up) at slow speeds , but when at speed the trim only goes about 3/4 of the way up and at that point the boat gets a bad vibrations. its a 130 hp mercruiser i/o .... any help would be appreciated.
