well, Im prettymuch just guessing here, But there are a few things to check. Is the motor mounted square to the frame? Is the Skeg bent?. If you have tabs, check them as well,
As far as an adjustment on the lower end. I dont think it would be a lower end adjustment. If anything I would look at the stearing control for adjustments and or broken missing parts. I have seen springs used as well as strut looking things incorperated into remote stearing devices. that would be a good thing to check.Good luck
