16' boat floor replacement help

I have a 16' Glasstron Sportster Tri-hull with a very bad plywood floor. Can anyone tell me what all I need to do to replace it? I already have the seats out and carpet up, but looks like fiberglass on the outside edges (by the sides of the boat.
