Hi, we bought an 11 ft. aluminum rowboat it does not have any id on it, no manufact., no model number, nothing. Illinois law states we must have a capacity limit posted on the boat. How do I figure out what the capacity is? This is our first boat, so I have no idea how to figure it out!
